Indiana Economic Development Corporation: Roger Howard. Roger is the International Trade Manager at the

Indiana Economic Development Corporation. Roger manages the Indiana State Trade and Export Promotion (INSTEP)

grant program which allows eligible Hoosier small businesses to receive reimbursement for designated export

related activities.

US Small Business Administration: Romy Ancog and Eric Armacost. Romy is a Lead Export Finance Manager

helping small business exporters find the financing needed to fulfill export sales and grow internationally. He covers

Indiana, Michigan and Northern Ohio, and has been with the SBA for 13 years after many years in commercial banking.

Eric is a Lead Lender Relations Specialist, District International Trade Officer who leads a small team of SBA

professionals to grow relationships with lending institutions throughout Indiana by providing technical assistance and

training to borrowers, lenders, and resource partners. Eric has over 20 years of banking & financial services expertise.

US Department of Commerce: Mark Cooper. Mark is the Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce office in

Indiana. He coordinates export trade promotion activities and is responsible for developing relationships with industry,

local, state, and federal representatives, and provides trade advice and counsel to Indiana businesses.

Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM): Mark Klein. Mark is a Managing Director, Lender Accounts with

EXIM and works closely with lenders throughout the US and promotes EXIM’s product/services that are beneficial both

to the banks and their exporting customers throughout the Midwest. Mark has been with EXIM for over 11 years.

Indiana Small Business Development Center: Morgan Allen. Morgan serves as the Small Business Program

Manager for the Indiana SBDC where she oversees statewide small business support programming for the State of

Indiana including the Export Indiana Accelerator Program, now in its 8th year.

Indiana University CIBER: Christine Everett. Christine has been with IU’s Center for International Business

Education & Research since 2010. Among its many activities to increase globalization, IU CIBER supports programs

including intern salary grants to help provide a competitive playing field for local SMEs interested in international
